2008: GNAC Runner of the Week of Aug. 25...finished second (15:45.8) in the meet against Humboldt State on August 30...named Teammate of the Year... earned GNAC academic All-conference team.

2007: Finished second (24:49.4) in the tri meet against BYU and Hawaii Pacific University on August 30...finished fourth (14:36.1) in the 4K against BYU and Hawaii Pacific University on September 1...named GNAC runner of the week for Aug. 27-Sept. 2...finished first (28:01) in the Ester Dome 5K race on September 8...finished second (19:53) at the Apple Ridge Invitational cross country race on September 22, cutting two seconds off of her last year's time...named to the GNAC All-Academic team...named cross country team MVP...named to Dean's list.

2006: Tied for first place (28:48) with her sister in the Ester Dome 5K race on August 26...finished seventh (21:21) in the dual meet at Univeristy of Puget Sound on September 2...finished sixth (19:55) at the Apple Ridge Invitational cross country race on September 23...placed first in the 5K Chena River Run with a time of 19:23.6.

2005: Finished in seventh (20:46) at the Interior Invitational...finished 10th (21:17) at the Lynx Invitational...finished 16th (25.32.71) at the UAA Invitational...placed 46th (25:08) at the GNAC Championships meet.

Prior to Alaska: Participated in varsity cross country and skiing at Traverse City Central HS...TCCHS finished second in state cross country championships in 2004...was a member of the 2004-05 State Champion skiing team...finished 10th in freestyle race and was a member of the third place relay team at the 2005 Junior Olympics...finished second in the freestyle race at the 2003 Junior Olympics.

Personal: Daughter of Lew and Virginia Coulter...has three siblings, twin sister and teammate Julia, Nina and Melzar.
