2007: Finished 12th (28:59) in the tri meet against BYU and Hawaii Pacific University on August 30...finished 16th (12:34.8) against BYU and Hawaii Pacific University on September 1...fourth place finish (24.49) in the Ester Dome 5K race on September 8...placed sixth (22:07) at the Apple Ridge Run Invitational on September 22...finished 38th (27:00.92) in the GNAC Championships...recorded a time of 33:31.25 in the NCAA Division II West Regional Championships on November 3...named to the GNAC All-Academic team...named team's Dr. Wood Scholar-Athlete.

2006: Spent his junior season at the University of Southern Maine on a student-exchange program...competed in the Boston Marathon, recording a time of 2:54:54...placed third in the Maine Marathon, with a time of 2:40:22.

2005: Was the Nanooks third best finisher at the GNAC Championships, placing 43rd with a time of 27:57 for the 8K run...led the team with a fourth-place finish at the Interior Invitational...finished a team-best seventh place at the Lynx Invitational...placed 18th at UAA Invitational.

Prior to Alaska: Attended Ben Eielson High School on the Eielson Air Force Base...was his high school's Valedictorian...participated in cross country and track...was a two-time Regional Champion in the small schools cross country division.
