2008: Finished 11th (14:01.3) in the meet against Humboldt State on August 30.

2007: Finished 16th (29:59.8) in the tri meet against BYU and Hawaii Pacific University on August 30...finished 15th (12:33.5) against BYU and Hawaii Pacific University on September 1...eighth place finish (26:12) in the Ester Dome 5K race on September 8, beating his last year's record of 12th place...placed 29th (23:35) at the Apple Ridge Run Invitational on September 22...recorded a time of 35:28.82 in the NCAA Division II West Regional Championships on November 3.

2006: Placed 12th in the Ester Dome 5K on August 26 with a time of 27:18...earned a 17th place finish on September 23 at the Apple Ridge Run Invitational with a time of 23:51.

Prior to Alaska: Member of Seward High School's varsity cross country running, skiing, and track teams 2004-2006...Co-Athlete of the Year 2006....Scholar Athlete of the Year 2006.
