Dietrich Gives Swimming a Second Chance
Alaska Nanooks swimming head coach Scott Lemley has announced the addition of local sprinter Adriana Dietrich to the Nanooks roster for the 2009-10 campaign. As a standout swimmer for West Valley High School from 2002-2005, Dietrich, a senior academically, will test the collegiate level for the first time in her career.
While out of the pool Dietrich spent two years at the University of Nevada Reno, before transferring back home to Fairbanks last year where she enrolled at UAF as a junior. After meeting with Coach Lemley, Dietrich has decided to rekindle her passion for the pool and swim for the Nanooks. (more) |
