2007 ... Erica came in a freshman making a positive impact for the Nanooks playing in all 101 games her first collegiate season ... Led the team in blocks with 110 total for the season (1.09 per game) ... ranked sixth in GNAC for blocks ... career-best nine blocks on Nov. 1 at Western Oregon ... fourth on the team in hitting percentage (.162 overall, .166 in conference) ... ranked 25th in GNAC games for hitting percentage ... fifth on team in kills with 159 for the season (1.57 per game) ... Career-best 12 kills on Aug. 23 at Hawaii Pacific... Erica holds the third place spot for UAF individual season records at 110 blocks.

Prior to Alaska...As a senior made the Santa Clara Valley Athletic League's First Team and honorable mention as a sophomore and a junior...She earned the Coach's Award in her second season and also was named a team captain for Palo Alto...Was a member of two division championships during her sophomore and senior seasons...In 2004 was the starting middle blocker for the Vikings squad that went 12-0 and captured the El Camino Division Championship...As a senior was the captain of her Palo Alto Senior High School team and helped lead them to a 9-3 season mark and the De Anza Division Championship...Earned a bronze medal at the 2005 Junior Olympics in the 16s (years of age) National Division with City Beach Club of Santa Clara...Also participated in the Junior Olympics in Atlanta in 2006 with Vision Volleyball Club.

Personal...Daughter of Keith La Haie and Tammela Gage-La Haie...Brother Wes plays water polo at San Jose State University...Majoring in Psychology.
